DUO-CAPS

Polyurethane resin and straight asphalt, which are liquid thermosetting organic polymeric materials, are combined to provide excellent hardness and elasticity, and are designed to maximize tension and tearing performance.

Characteristics

Excellent improved asphalt polyurethane has excellent durability for cracks, vibration, shrinkage, expansion, etc. It is a waterproof material with excellent low temperature flexibility and high temperature heat resistance and high degree of conformity to seasonal changes in Korea.
For adhesion with subsequent process self-adhesive sheets, the post-film can be composed of PE film or mold film considering the site requirements.

Construction Method

1. Cleaning up the Base

For adhesion with subsequent process self-adhesive sheets, the post-film can be composed of PE film or mold film considering the site requirements.
Drainage shall be protected with vinyl or tape to prevent clogging.
Other lower extremities are subject to special specifications.

2. Spread Primer

Use a brush or roller to evenly apply the primer on the base. Dry it well so it is not applied to the hands.
(Follow specification for drying time)

When applying primer for a long period of time, check the status of the primer. If there is a problem, apply again.

3. Reinforce vulnerable parts

Use urethane sealant and reinforcer on the vulnerable parts such as corners, drain part, and EXP-Joint.

4. Mix and Apply CAPS Paint Film

Use motif with CAPS (Motif 8kg), CAPS (Hardener 24kg) to completely mix for more than 3 minutes.
Then, use the pushrod to evenly apply the CAPS Paint Film.
When the tool cannot be used, put on rubber gloves and apply with hands.

5. Attach CAPS-SHEET

While spreading CAPS Paint Fiim, spread the CAPS-SHEET.
Make sure there is no air-pocket between the CAPS-SHEET and CAPS Paint Film.
Lightly apply CAPS Paint Film and then overlap the CAPS-SHEET.

6. Wall construction

Wall Construction Mix CAPS (Motif 8kg), CAPS (Hardener 20Kg) by 1:2.5 ratio. Mix for more than 3 minutes with a stirrer.
Then, use a sawtooth or roller to apply the CAPS wall paint film on the base 2 times.
